Furnaces can be fabricated with belt widths up to 36” in with a wide array of available features such as digital belt controls, multiple zones, and automatic nitrogen purge system. Manual nitrogen purge is also built in for more operator control. These horizontal furnaces include round muffles and coolers, low watt density elements, and a manual nitrogen purge. Our retort furnaces feature re-circulating fan with unique sanseal cover design to evenly distribute temperature and atmosphere, low-watt density for longer element life, and 80/20 nichrome ribbon heating elements.
